6月23号晚，竹山县党员干部在人民学习·竹山县党员干部培训智慧教室集体观看国防大学教授金一南所作的《中美战略博弈及关系走向》国防教育辅导报告。龚举海、陈建平、马兰起、毛昌盛、唐泽斌等四大家领导参加学习。

金一南教授引用翔实的历史事件，以当今复杂多变的国际局势为背景，全面梳理近现代中美关系史、分析了中美关系对世界的影响，解析了新时代中美关系的新变化和新挑战等，同时介绍了作为一名领导者如何掌握主动权和推动地方经济发展。讲座既全面又客观，为党员干部上了一堂生动而又深刻的国防教育课。

培训课堂上，金一南教授与全国各地学习平台开展了互动问答交流，我县党员干部代表陈必明就中美战略博弈下，作为内地山区县如何应对促进经济发展的问题进行提问，金一南教授现场作了深刻细致的解答。

全县1000余名党员干部分别在秦巴艺术中心和宝丰镇、秦古镇、官渡镇人民学习智慧教室参加培训。
