如果你是一位有训练经验的朋友，请思考以下问题：有一个单位的伙伴要上 Team Building，里面都是训练人员，在训练界的经验值是 4-11 年（也就是大多数的课都听过了，大多数的把数也都看过了），只有三个小时，最重要的，是里面有两个待产的准妈妈，所以所有活动不能跑也不能跳。

你打算怎么处理？

这一天，我就碰到这样有趣的训练需求，好吧～为大家示范不需要跑跳的 Running Team；在这一场活动中，让大家去寻找彼此的 Soulmate，借此来让大家对彼此有更深层的观察与发现。

而最棒的一点，是我在活动里面埋下了一个天外飞来之笔，我也让大家透过活动，去讨论：身为企业训练团队的一分子，我们该具备并且不断强化的能力是什么？
