在企业中，经常会看到一些人，已经从优秀员工提拔到了管理岗位，但是他的思维模式、行为习惯还停留在员工的水平上，这就要求企业要重视这些人在心理上对管理者的角色定位，如果不做这个角色的转换，会让企业付出很大的代价，管理者自身觉得很累，又没达到企业的要求。通过总结，简单地说，管理者的正确角色和错位角色如下：

正确角色：规划者、沟通者、教导者、教练、领袖

错位角色：顾问、保姆、家长、狱长、通讯员、甩手掌柜、情绪奴隶
